Adobe Photoshop Magazine
Adobe Photoshop is really several tools rolled into one. It is a rare person who is a master of all of them. I know that I'm not one.
It's best to start focusing in on one aspect of Photoshop. Getting really good at using a small handful of Photoshop tools is a wonderful thing. Sometimes, though, I'll read an article that brings to light a part of Photoshop I hadnt considered before. This helps make all my work better.
The NAPP, National Association of Photoshop Professionals, is a good resource for all things Photoshop. Their Adobe Photoshop magazine, photoshop user, covers the full breadth of possibilities in Photoshop. The NAPP charges a yearly membership fee.
